The Makepeace Brothers visited the Occupy Wall Street basecamp three weeks ago at Zuccotti Park in New York City. The occasion marked a long awaited desire by the brothers to participate and support what has become a symbol of hope and change. With them the brothers brought bags of warm clothing and supplies gathered together by supporters in Ithaca, NY, the brothers hometown.
As part of the visit the brothers performed an energetic acoustic rendition of "Hero", captured on film by filmmaker and director, Amos Poe.
The Makepeace Brothers would like to thank Amos for sharing this film with everyone. They also wish to thank all the supporters of Occupy Movements across the country and around the globe.
Since the movement began, the Makepeace Brothers have participated in 4 occupy movements in all, from New York to Los Angeles, Venice to Ithaca.
